Once your order is placed, you receive the order confirmation email with your order number.
Once your order is shipped, we send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.
If you haven't got any email, it might have ended up in your spam folder or the email address might have been misspelled when placing the order.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, except national holidays, from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.
Orders placed before 14:00 are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are normally dispatched the next business day.
