How can I return an item from an online order?Updated 2 months ago

You have 30 calendar days from the purchase of your order to make a size exchange* or a a return.
All you have to do is enter our returns and exchanges portal and follow the instructions.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and include all tags.
For hygienic reasons underwear cannot be returned.
Our swimsuits do not have a hygiene seal, so we would appreciate it if you try them on over your underwear. In the event that they are returned with some type of stain, they will not be accepted.

*Size exchanges are available for orders placed from EU countries and both the return and the shipping of the new size are free.
The return for a refund may have a small cost depending on the country of shipment and the method of return.

Here are the return options:

  • Drop-off point
We will send you a return label to print and stick to the package and information about the drop off points.
This return option has a cost that will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded:

Spain (peninsula) & Portugal: 3,90€ (free if it is a size exchange)
Balearic Islands: 4,90€ (free if it is a size exchange)
Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 9,90€
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg & Netherlands: 6,90€ (free if it is a size exchange)
Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia & Sweden: 9,90€ (free if it is a size exchange)
United Kingdom: 9,90€
Canada, Mexico & United States: 12,90€
Israel, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland & Turkey: 19,90€
Rest of the world: 24,90€

  • Home pick-up return
If you do not have a collection point nearby, you can ask us to return your order by home collection to [email protected], indicating the day of collection (Monday - Friday) and the time slot (minimum 4 hours).
You can also request the collection yourself through the UPS Portal or by contacting UPS Customer Service providing the tracking number that you will find on the return label.
The cost of returning the goods from home is the same as at tdrop-off point.

You can return the product to any of our own physical shops at no extra cost and at the same time help to reduce the CO² emissions produced by transport.


For the return, you can reuse our double-seal shipping envelopes. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other properly sealed envelope to avoid losing its contents.
