How can I return an item purchased at one of your phsysical stores?Updated 8 months ago

You can return an item purchased in one of our shops directly to any of them within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the day of purchase, presenting the sales receipt.

You can also request a remote return through our return and exchange portal and send us your return by post from any country in the European Union. 
You will receive a return label to print out and attach to your parcel and information on delivery points. 

Please note that there is a small charge for remote returns, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
