How can I return an item purchased at one of your phsysical stores?Updated 23 days ago

You can return an item purchased in one of our shops directly to any of them within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the day of purchase, presenting the sales receipt.

*Orders placed from November 20th, 2025 onward will have an extended return period: until January 21st, 2026 for shipments within Spain, and until January 9th, 2026 for the rest of the Europe.

You can also request a remote return through our return portal and send us your return by post from any country in the European Union. 
You will receive a return label to print out and attach to your parcel and information on delivery points. 

Please note that there is a small charge for remote returns, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
