If you have received the wrong product please write to us at [email protected] indicating your order details and the items and we will sort it out urgently. We will arrange for the wrong product to be picked up and send you the correct product.
If the item in question is not available we will proceed with the refund and find a way to compensate you for the inconvenience caused.
