If when tracking your order you see that the status has not changed in several days (at least 5 working days) or that the shipment appears as delivered but you have not received it, please write to [email protected] and we will try to resolve the incident as soon as possible and, if necessary, we will open an investigation.
If the shipping company is unable to find your package, we will send you a new one (depending on stock availability) or we will refund you.
